1. Check in time is 14:00hrs and check out time is 12:00hrs
2. Rates are in US Dollars and are inclusive of prevailing Government Tax and Service Charges.
3. In order to guarantee reservations, we must receive a 50% deposit of the total accommodation charge. Deposits may be made via credit card payment (Visa or Mastercard only) or bank transfer. Complete details will be sent to you in our invoice when confirming your booking. Balance payment will be charged before departure. A bank administration fee of 3% is applicable on all credit card charges.
4. Cancellations received more than 30 days in low season, 60 days in high season and 90 days in peak season, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a minimum one night's accommodation charge. No refunds on deposits will be made for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival in low season, 60 days in high season & 90 days in peak season.
5. Rates are based on Twin Share. Additional beds, subject to availability, are US$25 per night and include one Continental breakfast.
6. Airport transfers - Rates include one vehicle per villa per airport transfer. Additional vehicles required due to size or luggage will be charged at prevaling rates.
